Which insurance companies do you work with?
We work with all insurance companies and welcome the opportunity to service your claim. We eliminate much of the inconvenience of a typical auto claim through our associations with most insurance companies and agents.
Please keep in mind that although your insurance company may refer you to a specific shop or provide you with a list of preferred shops, you are entitled under state law to choose where your vehicle is repaired.
What are the aftermarket and/or LKQ parts that are specified in my insurance company estimate?
Aftermarket parts are non-OEM parts, that is not manufactured by Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lincoln, Mercedes, Mercury, Nissan, Pontiac, Subaru, Toyota, Volvo, Volkswagen, etc.
LKQ parts, or “Like Kind Quality”, are used OEM parts. To lower the cost of the repair, your insurance company may specify either or both. You do have the right to specify new OEM parts under these circumstances; however, you must pay the difference in price.
Do I have to pay a deductible?
Your insurance company will issue payment for the total of the repairs less your deductible, if applicable. The amount of your deductible is determined by your insurance policy and your insurance company will determine whether or not the deductible will apply.
If I have to pay a deductible, to whom do I pay it?
If a deductible applies, it will be your responsibility to pay it to us when you pick up your vehicle.
